Booking Policy

At Nour Clinic, we value your time and are committed to providing a smooth and enjoyable experience for every client. To help us accommodate appointments fairly, please book in advance through our official channels by phone or WhatsApp.

You will receive confirmation once your appointment is secured. We also send an SMS reminder the day before your visit. Please arrive on time to make the most of your session. If you are running late, let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust your schedule when possible.

Cancellation Policy

At Nour Clinic, we understand that schedules can change unexpectedly. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments for the day. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may affect future booking priority. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
